This Terms of Service (“Terms”) sets out the rules for using the Garazh® platform available at garazh.eu, operated by MORWA TRADE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 20, 42-202 Częstochowa, Polska, NIP: 9492260466, KRS: 0001030216 (hereinafter: “Garazh”, “we” or “Operator”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1. General provisions
The Garazh® Platform is an online intermediary service connecting vehicle owners (Customers) with car services (STO). Garazh acts solely as a technology intermediary.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the Garazh® application available at garazh.eu.
- Operator — MORWA TRADE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, the owner and administrator of the Platform.
- Customer — a user registered as a vehicle owner.
- Service (STO) — a user providing automotive services.
- Visit — a scheduled service appointment booked through the Platform.
3. Registration and account
Use of certain Platform features requires registration. During registration you provide data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
